The Manzanita Parade is a family-friendly apolitical celebration of community in which we commemorate our nation’s independence with joy and creativity! We ask that everyone participate with that spirit in mind.The 2026 theme is: Sand, Sea & 250 Years of Liberty!
The parade is FREE — there is no entry fee! The parade is 100% volunteer-run & community funded through voluntary donations and from poster sales. To donate to the parade please visit the Donate page.
SCHEDULE ON JULY 4TH
7am Reserve your spot on the parade route
11am -11:05 am - Look up! Flyover courtesy of the Oregon Guard 142nd AirWing!
12:30PM - Parade route will be closed to traffic
1PM - The Parade starts!
Manzanita offers a fun-filled hometown parade! From marching bands to giant crabs to dancing librarians, the Manzanita Parade is fun for all.
To watch the parade you can just show up at 1pm on July 4th!

From floats, to classic cars, to decorated bikes and walkers, it wouldn't be a parade without you! To be in the parade, you MUST register online.
Registration closes on July 3rd at 12pm
2026 parade posters are available for sale at Cloud and Leaf Bookstore, Bahama Mama's Bikes and Boards, and the Manzanita Farmers Market (June 19 & 26).
